Last weekend was the Indian cooking class that Heidi set up for us. It was great fun. Most of it went way over my head with the types of spices etc but I did get a good feel. The best part of the class was eating what we had made.
Sorry Martin, we kinda lost you there. Flash might have been good. Oops.
